Behrooz Abdi
President and CEO

Abdi, a member of InvenSense’s board of directors since June 2011, was appointed President and CEO in October 2012. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of NetLogic Microsystems, Inc., a leader in intelligent semiconductor solutions for the Internet. Before this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of RMI Corporation (also known as Raza Microelectronics Inc.), a fabless semiconductor company, from November 2007 to October 2009. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of CDMA Technologies (QCT) at Qualcomm, Inc., a provider of wireless technology and services, from March 2004 to November 2007. Prior to joining Qualcomm, he held leadership and engineering positions at Motorola, Inc. where he served as Vice President and General Manager for Motorola's radio products division, in charge of RF and mixed-signal ICs for the wireless mobile market. He currently is a director at Tabula, Inc. and Exar Corporation.

Abdi holds a BSEE from Montana State University and an MSEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Fari Assaderaghi, Ph.D.
Vice President – Advanced Technology

Assaderaghi has more than 18 years of experience in high-performance, mixed-signal design and development. His areas of expertise span semiconductor device physics, process integration, mixed-signal design and MEMS. Prior to joining InvenSense, he served as Sr. VP of Engineering and Operations at SiTime, a company that develops MEMS-based timing solutions. He was responsible for helping this company increase product shipments from less than 1 million units per year to over 50 million units per year. Prior to that, he worked at Rambus as Sr. Director of Engineering, developing high-speed communication circuits for Sony’s PlayStation3 and TI’s digital light processing. He has also held senior management positions at IBM research and Siliconwave, a company that developed Bluetooth solutions for wireless communications.

Assaderaghi received his B.S. in electrical engineering from SDSU, graduating summa cum laude and university valedictorian. He earned his MS and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from UC Berkeley. He holds over 50 patents and has had articles and papers appear in approximately 100 publications.

Leon Bezdikian
Vice President – Human Resources

Leon Bezdikian brings to InvenSense over 30 years of HR leadership from multinational high-tech companies, including SanDisk, Virage Logic, T-Ram, SiBeam, and most recently Inphi. His experience includes running HR departments for high-growth companies with revenues ranging from $160M to $1B, and also running his own HR consulting business. Bezdikian specializes in executive coaching, management training, organizational development, talent acquisition and team building. Beyond serving as an HR professional in the private sector, Bezdikian has taught a number of HR courses at University of California, Santa Cruz Extension.

Bezdikian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and has completed the coursework for a Master of Arts in Theology from Santa Clara University.

Ali Foughi
Vice President – Marketing and Business Development

Foughi currently serves as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at InvenSense. He is an accomplished business executive with a strong background in engineering.

Prior to joining InvenSense, Foughi spent 18 years at Maxim Integrated Products, where he took on a wide range of engineering and business responsibilities. As Vice President and General Manager, he had P&L responsibility with annual revenues of $250 to $300 million, led approximately 300 professionals in several worldwide design and application centers, and was instrumental in recruiting top-notch talent to Maxim.

Before joining Maxim, Foughi spent 10 years as Senior System Designer at LTX Corporation, where his innovative filter designs dramatically enhanced the performance of Automatic Test Equipment.

Foughi holds a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.

Daniel Goehl
Vice President - Worldwide Sales

Daniel Goehl joined us in 2004 as our Director of Business Development and became our Vice President of Sales in March 2007. Prior to joining InvenSense, Mr. Goehl held senior management positions and led sales and business development initiatives at start-up companies in semiconductor and wireless technology markets such as Nazomi Communications, CSI Wireless, Meridian Wireless and Omni Telecommunications.

Mark Dentinger
Chief Financial Officer

Mark Dentinger serves as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining InvenSense, Mr. Dentinger served as Chief Financial Officer and executive vice president of KLA-Tencor Corporation. In this position, he oversaw and managed the company’s corporate finance, operational finance, investor relations and corporate control processes. Prior to joining KLA-Tencor, Dentinger served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BEA Systems, Inc., until the company was acquired by Oracle Corporation. Prior to joining BEA Systems Inc., in February 1999, he served from 1993 to 1999 in a variety of finance positions at Compaq Computer Corporation (new Hewlett-Packard). Prior to Compaq Computer Corporation, he served as a Senior Manager of Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Dentinger holds a Bachelor of science in Economics from St. Mary's College of California and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California.

Mo Maghsoudnia
Vice President – Technology and Worldwide Manufacturing

Mo Maghsoudnia serves as our Vice President of Operations. Prior to InvenSense, he was the Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing at NetLogic Microsystems where he was responsible for all worldwide operations including process technology, packaging, corporate quality and supply chain management. At NetLogic, Maghsoudnia successfully managed the manufacturing operations of the company from a single product line to a highly diversified product portfolio. Prior to NetLogic Microsystems, Maghsoudnia spent 15 years at Analog Devices where he was responsible for the management of wafer fabrication and technology. Maghsoudnia holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microelectronic Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He holds three U.S. patents and has co-authored various technical papers.
