4.What happens to my shares after the TDK acquisition?
 TDK acquired all of Invensense’ s common shares in an all cash purchase on May 18th and at $13.00 per share. It is expected that Invensense shareholders will receive their cash proceeds within 5-10 business days from the May 18th purchase date. The cash proceeds will be either directly deposited into the your brokerage account or received via postal mail – depending upon the specific upfront election made with the broker or bank. If you have any questions on your cash receipt status , we suggest that you contact your broker or bank directly.
